This MeetUp will be a showcase of unusual cheeses and fabulously unexpected examples of cheeses from around the world.
Think about pairing raspberry with cheese. Or what about Tasmanian bush pepper in Swiss cheese? Or have you ever heard of edible ants on top of a goat’s cheese? Don’t be freaked out though, this class won’t just cover ‘weird’ cheese experiments, oh no, we will have plenty of crowd pleasers, just maybe not along the expected paths. But then, who wants the same old stuff anyway, right?
Expect to about 6 different cheeses mainly from a number of types of cheeses (soft, washed rind, semi-hard, etc) and different milk types.
Your ticket includes 2 glasses of wine (sparkling, red or white) and an option to upgrade to a bottle (see bar staff on the day for details). So bring your friends and make this a special night of cheese & wine at one of Brisbane’s top venues.
As before you will receive the opportunity to purchase the presented cheese for delivery the following week.
